Louise's April Blog - Day 3 - A finished object and broken needle
Yet another dark, gloomy rainy day. Really not what we need during the school holidays. Today is my eldest son, George's eleventh Birthday. He is at an age where all presents are for the ps4 or football related. I do miss the days when the boys used to get piles of toys I could never find space for.
A finished object So pleased to have my second pair of socks finished. They fit really well they could possibly be a bit tighter, so I might cast a few less stitches on my next pair or maybe try a smaller needle. Let me know your favourite sock recipe?
Yarn: Floo powder by Little French Meadow
Pattern: Hermione Everyday socks.
Out for tea We have been to Pizza Express for tea to celebrate George's Birthday.
KnitPro I also knelt on one of Ali's KnitPro interchangeable needles and snapped it today. That is going to delay my knitting progress for a while...
See you tomorrow,
