Louise's April Blog - Day 1 - Easter Sunday
Happy Easter! Hope you are enjoying the Easter weekend. So far the weather has been very disappointing but we did manage a walk at a local park on Good Friday.
Hermione Everyday socks - I have been working on my Hermione Everyday socks over the past few days. Such a great pattern.
I am keeping this sock project in my small project bag which is perfect sock knitting sized bag....
Getting close to shaping for the toe...
Autism awareness week - 26 March – 2 April 2018 is autism awareness week. I think I have briefly mentioned that my youngest son, Oliver has autism in a previous blog post. He was diagnosed when he was very young. He is now 8 and really making some great progress. We have our challenges but everyday is always very interesting. Oliver's autism affects the whole family, especially George who is Oliver's older brother.
Family lunch - We have had a lovely lunch today and the boys were excited about opening some Easter treats.
I have managed to knit a few rows on my socks so far today but hoping to do some tonight while watching the BBC Big painting challenge once Oliver is in bed.
