Belinda, Face Scrubbies and Bag
Welcome to another weeks blog, I can’t believe that Thursday is here again.
Today is another lovely morning although just a little windy, our curtains and blinds are blowing and our doors slam if we forget to close them behind us.
Planning for shows
Louise and I spent a little time yesterday planning but it was too nice so we went to sit outside and crochet and knit, oh dear the weather is not conducive to helping us work… we are easily swayed by a little sun…
Works in progress this week
So far this week I have been making face scrubbies for removing your makeup and using up the smallest amounts of yarn, I have also started to remake the Wool and the Gang “Get Lucky Bag”, I could not get it right the first time I tried, so hopefully it will be better this time.
Our gardener who usually just comes to cut the grass, he brought the hanging baskets we asked for this week and they are amazing, they would put our feeble attempts to shame. Full of flowers and they are huge, absolutely superb.
I worry a lot about my typing up of patterns and if there are any mistakes, but yesterday I felt lots better, one of my ladies was struggling with a pattern from a book and finally we found a mistake in one of the rows of instructions.
So it happens, but if you are struggling with one of my patterns please get in touch there may be a typing error or not enough information in the instructions. I will be able to help, send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 07854932288. I will be happy to help. Louise and I also would like to know if you have finished any of our designs and would love to see your photos, if you don’t mind us using them on Pinterest please send a copy to the above email address and we will add them to our our patterns made by others section. Thanks in advance.
if you have always wanted to try a doll I think she is the easiest one to try, if you would like to try a pattern, here is a code for 50p off.
Use Bel50p at the check out. Only available for July and until the end of August.
Don’t forget you can always get in touch for help
Or if you are passing Stockton on Tees drop in for a chat on one of our Workshop days
Right Phil will soon be back from the post office I must get on with some jobs.
If you are learning to knit or crochet keep on trying it will be worth it in the end.
