Spring into Wool

Weather report

Lovely bright start this morning.

Spring into Wool

Wow what a weekend.

Crazy ladies in a big van made it to Leeds and back home again. It was the first time we have hired a van which was great as we could take more stock with us. (Well maybe too much stock)

Louise and I would like to thank everyone who stopped by our stand to talk to us, it was lovely to meet you all. We have arrived home with lots of new plans for designs and I can’t wait to start.

We had a great time and loved every tiring minute, its hard work setting up and packing away and we are left aching and tired, excited and enthusiastic.

Now I have to try and find a home for everything that came back and stocktake as well.

If you bought a design from us and have a problem please contact me to see if I can help.

We have just realised that one of our Bright Blanket kits had an old version of its pattern inside. I must have found a batch and not realised that they were the wrong ones. so sorry ....please contact me if you think part of your pattern is missing.

I have had a sore throat this week Phil thinks it is because I talked too much. Oops....

Our stand at Spring into Wool

We love shows and all the wonderful comments we had last weekend from new and old customers and friends.

We love to hear about what you are working on and see the projects you have brought with you.

We love to see your photographs of finished projects.

We love to help with a pattern if you are stuck even if it not ours, we will try to help.

We love to know where you have come from.

We like to hear about you

Thank you for being there

There were so many stands with beautiful yarns, lots of beautiful patterns, bags and crafting goodies.

I bought a lovely cover for my sock knitting needles and a mystery box, which contained a hank of DK dyed yarn and a lovely cup and saucer.

Louise bought a little bit more…

We would love a comment as well, just to let us know that there is still someone out there...

My work this week

Since coming home I have pulled out a sock and started again :-)

Continued with a shawl, packed away most of the stock and still stocktaking the Stylecraft Special DK.

Now it is Thursday and the blog to write.

Thank you for reading,   Happy wooling, that is what my grandson says Louise and I do.
