October Days Away
It is a lovely bright start to the day today.
Phil and I have had a few days away in Dorset a continuation of our coastal adventures.
Old Harry Rocks
We had a long journey down to Dorset from the North East almost 7 hours. We stayed in 3 different B and Bs they were all very good. Bed and Breakfast places seem to have really improved since I was young they are very modern and welcoming.
We went to many places including Wareham where we walked a short way along the river. I found a painted pebble took a picture of it only to find out I should have moved it and tell the person who painted it where I found it and let them see how far it can go. oh well I will know next time. I have left a message on the site to say I found it though good luck #Storey from BH-Rocks
Portland Bill was very cold and windy
I am not one for too much walking especially in the cold blustery places so I sat in the car and did some crocheting.........
I made a cowl and started a bag and continued a project I have been working on for some time. It was shelved so that I could do some knitting. No, I have not gone to the dark side I like to do a bit now and again. Louise and I are working on Stephen West’s mystery Texture Time we can’t show much about it until it is finished, it has been quite a challenge so far, but I still have lots to do.
Right, now I have lots of jobs to catch up with today so I will say goodbye and hope you are all well and keeping warm.
